AST advises limiting travel in the MatSu overnight and into the morning due to hazardous winter road conditions. Travel will be difficult. 
Hazardous weather conditions including strong wind and blowing snow causing localized whiteout conditions and deep snowdrifts will make travel in the MatSu Valley difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning effective until 6 am Monday.
