On Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at approximately 0210 hours the Readington Township Police were called to a residence in town for a reported stabbing. Upon police arrival, Edgar Rosa was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.  Rosa was lodged at the Warren County Jail. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
