The Janesville Police Department announces the hiring of ten police officers that started on January 3, 2022.
 
Officer Sullivan R. Bradley is from Janesville, WI. He attended Blackhawk Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, working towards a degree in Criminology. He graduated from the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in December 2021. Mr. Bradley recently worked as a community service officer for the Whitewater Police Department.

Officer Nathan L. Davis is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from Blackhawk Technical College with an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice in December 2021. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Davis recently worked as a warehouse order picker for Upper Lakes Foods.

Officer Michael P. Kettle is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in December 2021. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Kettle worked as a salesperson for Boucher Hyundai.

Officer Kirklin A. Larson is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree in May 2021. He graduated from the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in December 2021. Mr. Larson recently worked in Membership Services for the YMCA of Northern Rock County.

Officer Cody O. Northrup is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from Rock Valley College with an Associate Degree in Pre-Nursing in 2018. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Northrup recently worked as a maintenance lead for Patriot Properties.

Officer Tyler E. O'Toole is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in May 2013. He graduated from the Madison Police Department Police Academy in 2020. Mr. O'Toole recently worked as a Police Officer for the Madison Police Department.

Officer Gilberto Ramirez is from Milwaukee, WI. He is attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, working towards a degree in Criminal Justice. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Ramirez recently worked as a Community Service Officer for the Whitefish Bay Police Department.

Officer Kalasinh Sihabouth is from Janesville, WI. He attended Blackhawk Technical College. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Sihabouth recently worked as a conductor for Wisconsin Southern Railroad. In addition, Mr. Sihabouth served in the United States Army for nine years.

Officer Jared J. Wagner is from Janesville, WI. He graduated from Madison Area Technical College with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice in December 2020. He will be attending the Blackhawk Technical College Police Academy in January 2022. Mr. Wagner worked in the Security Division of the UW-Madison Police Department.

Officer Katilin R. Winnie is from Janesville, WI. She graduated from Tusculum University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development in 2017. She has graduated from the Dane County Police Academy and Jail Academy. Ms. Winnie recently worked as a deputy for the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
