Manchester - If you are attending the Manchester Township Council Reorganization Meeting, please use State Highway 37 west and take the Colonial Drive ramp into the municipal complex. If you need access to the municipal complex and/or library on Colonial Drive from State Highway 70, please follow the police officer’s directions and instructions at this intersection.
