Shakespeare Cluster Pipeline Replacement 
Beginning December, 2021, EBMUD crews will install a new water pipeline to improve water service in your Kensington neighborhood. Please see the Shakespeare Cluster Map [PDF] for affected streets. Intersecting side streets will be temporarily affected as work progresses. The overall project will take approximately 7 months to complete. The length of construction on individual streets will vary with final paving to follow.
