**LOCATED**. Police seeking help finding missing 13y/o girl. Sabrina Belnome is white with brown hair and blue eyes. She is 5'-4", about 100 lbs. She was last seen on foot in Folsom, wearing black leggings and a black sweatshirt with white writing. Her photo is attached.
