* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total
  snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as
  35 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills
  expected. Wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Central Kansas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 8 AM CST this
  morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the early morning commute. The cold
  wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not
  taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel on I-70 will be affected by the
  snow, blowing snow and occasional strong cross-winds, making
  travel difficult and hazardous tonight.
