Local, Long distance and high speed internet outage in the 509-442 (Ione, WA), 445 (Cusick, WA), and 446 (Metaline, WA) exchanges
Start Time – 0200, PST, 1/05/2022
Report outage time – 0800, 1/6/2022
Affecting approximately 1000+ customers.  *All customer have lost only high speed internet.  Most customers have local, long distance and E-911 services.
Syringa Networks reported a 288 fiber cut is causing the issue
At this time Syringa Networks is working to splice and is about 1/3 completed.
There is not an estimated time of repair at this time.
