Winter Storm Warning until 08:00AM Friday

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 8 AM EST Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 AM to 1 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
