* WHEN...Until 5 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected between 1 AM and 4 AM when snowfall rates of around 1 inch per hour are possible. Visibility will be reduced to near or less than one- half mile snow.
