The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from tonight Midnight through tomorrow, Friday, January 7, 2022, at 12:00 PM.
 
Snow is possible in our area with an approximate total accumulation of 3-4 inches.  This amount may go up or down depending on location of heaviest bands.
 
Township ordinance prohibits the parking of vehicles on roadways when snow of 3 or more inches has accumulated on the roadway.  Vehicles must remain off the roads until the plows have cleared all snow from the roads.  Police will be issuing summonses to vehicles parked on all Township roadways.
 
Please plan for the possibility of slippery road conditions during the morning commute. Slow down and use caution while driving.
 
Please follow the local news for any changes in the forecast for overnight and into tomorrow.
