WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON EST FRIDAY... 
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 4 
inches. 
* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute. 
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon EST Friday. 
*Instructions

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Check local news outlets for the latest road conditions. Please remove vehicles from all streets into driveways to assist the Department of Public Works with plowing and salting operations. 128.
