A WINTER STORM WARNING is in effect for our area from 10:00 pm tonight until 10:00 am tomorrow, January 7th.  3 to 6 inches of snow is possible.  Snowfall rates may exceed one inch per hour during the overnight hours.

Please be reminded that current Borough Ordinance prohibits parking on any Borough street when snow-covered and mandates the clearing of sidewalks within 12 hours of daylight after the snow has fallen.

Residents should also be mindful not to clear their aprons or driveways until DPW has cleared the snow from the entire width of the roadway, curb to curb, to avoid snow being pushed back into or in front of their driveways.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and be safe.
