Baldwin Park Man Arrested for Burglary and Theft After Targeting Victims for Months

LOCATION: 2900 Block of Steeple Chase, Chino Hills
4000 Block of Riverside Drive, Unincorporated Area of Chino
SUSPECT(S): Julian Enrique Segura, 23-year-old resident of Baldwin Park
SUMMARY: On Thursday, January 6, 2022, members of the Chino Hills Multiple Enforcement Team arrested Julian Enrique Segura, a 23-year-old resident of Baldwin Park. Segura repeatedly criminally targeted the victim, his family, and his business for the past two months. Segura burglarized the victim's vehicle, stole his mail, stole his vehicle, burglarized his business, used the victim's identity to steal money from the victim, and attempted to open several credit card accounts.
Through an extensive investigation, deputies identified Segura as the suspect and conducted a search of the suspect vehicle and the location where Segura temporarily lived. Deputies located numerous items of evidence, which linked Segura to the crimes.
Segura was located at a residence in Temple City and arrested. He was transported to West Valley Detention Center where he was booked for possession of stolen property, commercial burglary, grand theft, identity theft, and vehicle theft.
