* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze, less than a tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 11 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will change to all rain by mid to late morning as temperatures warm above freezing.
