* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible..

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds of 15 to 25 mph could cause some limbs to break with isolated power outages possible where ice accumulation is the greatest. Air temperatures are expected to rise above freezing this evening but ground and pavement temperatures could remain at or below freezing allowing spotty icing issues to continue through the evening.
