* WHAT...While heavy rainfall has diminished, street and creek flooding across the warned area will continue to result in travel impacts as floodwaters recede. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain have fallen.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Liberty, Polk and San Jacinto.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 405 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Plum Grove, Kenefick, North Cleveland, Dayton Lakes, Tarkington Prairie, Romayor, Rye, Moss Hill and Segno. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
