This is a reminder that the next COVID-19 vaccine/booster clinic will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM in the Leonia Recreation Center gymnasium, 370 Broad Ave., Leonia. Appointments are still available, but many time slots have already filled up, so everyone who is eligible is encouraged to make an appointment as quickly as possible.

You do NOT need to be a Leonia resident to make an appointment to receive a vaccine or booster.
 
Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccine is available, for boosters and for first doses (as well as Pfizer pediatric vaccine, for unvaccinated children ages 5-11). The FDA has now approved booster injections for anyone 12 years of age and older.
 
As a reminder, you are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster injection at this clinic if you are;

• 5-11 years of age and have never received a COVID-19 vaccine; or;
• 18 years of age or older and have never received a COVID-19 vaccine; or;
• 12 years of age or older and received the Pfizer vaccine five (5) months ago or longer (to receive booster); or;
• 18 years of age or older and received the Moderna vaccine five (5) months ago or longer (to receive booster); or;
• 18 years of age or older and received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine two (2) months ago or longer (to receive booster).
