DRILL - Miller Avenue 9am 
At approximately 9:00am, we will be running a traffic routing DRILL on Miller Avenue between Millwood Avenue and Locust Avenue. Miller Avenue will be open, but subject to traffic delays that will last approximately one hour. This DRILL is testing vehicle routing and set-up time associated with evacuation preparedness.
