January 11, 2022 - After following up on a tip, Chief Jones located and arrested burglary suspect James “Sam” Juniel. He was taken into custody near the county line on FM230.
The arrest was a team effort on the part of Trinity County Sheriff’s Deputies and Trinity Officer Tovar. Juniel had been spotted earlier and they had been searching the woods for him. Somehow he made his way out FM 230.
