* WHERE...Along the Richardson Highway North of Black Rapids.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Blowing and drifting snow will cause reduced visbility. Snow drifts will form. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong south winds blowing along the Richardson Highway north of Black Rapids will continue tonight, then decrease early Thursday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN ALASKA RANGE
