You may continue to attend work if you do not have 1 major or 2 minor symptoms. • Monitor for any additional or worsening of chronic symptoms, such as allergy symptoms. • Seek medical attention and/or a COVID test if new or changing symptoms occur, become worse, or are not managed with normal treatment. • Seek immediate or emergency care if any difficulty breathing, chest pressure or pain, new confusion, inability to stay awake, pale, gray or blue-colored skin or lips or nails. Continued practice of good hand washing is very important to prevent the spread of COVID, as well as other contagious diseases. Covering mouths and noses when coughing or sneezing, keeping your hands away from your face and wearing a face mask are also effective in preventing spread of any respiratory illnesses.
