Advisory

* STRONG STORM BRINGS SNOW, RAIN & WIND * THREAT TIME: SUNDAY NIGHT - MONDAY MORNING

Before we get to the end of weekend storm, for the time being, it's all about the arrival of arctic air. Strong northerly winds are in place, temps will begin to drop this afternoon, with bitter cold likely tonight thru Saturday Night. Now as for the Sunday Night storm, it is looking more and more that there will only be a couple hours for there to be snow in the area before warming forces a change to sleet and then plain rain. Preliminarily forecast 0.5 - 2.0" of snow. While the amounts aren't extreme, sleet and then rain falling into the snow will make it dense and harder to deal with than a typical inch or two would be. This storm will be relatively powerful, so the lesser snow will result in more of a heavy rain/flooding concern, along with strong gusty winds. It appears that wind gusts will be just low enough to keep any issues in the "isolated" category.
