Snow Emergency Declared
Friday, January 14, 2022 – The City of Saint Peter has declared a snow emergency that will take effect at midnight tonight for the next 48 hours. During a snow emergency the following restrictions are in place:
• No parking on any Snow Emergency Route for the entire 48 hours
• No parking on any residential streets from midnight to 7:00 a.m. even if the road has been plowed curb to curb.
• No parking on downtown streets from 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. even if the road has been plowed curb to curb.
Those found in violation of the snow emergency regulations will be ticketed and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
