Winter Storm Watch until 07:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills 20 to 30 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern New Hampshire and western Maine.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Plan on slippery road conditions on Monday.

* AFFECTED AREAS: INTERIOR CUMBERLAND HIGHLANDS ... SOUTHERN CARROLL ... MERRIMACK ... BELKNAP ... CHESHIRE ... WESTERN AND CENTRAL HILLSBOROUGH
