* WHAT...Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches possible with locally higher amounts possible on the highest peaks. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph which could lead to periodic blizzard like conditions with low visibility and blowing snow mainly above 4000 feet.

* WHERE...Mountains of east Tennessee and southwest North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and blowing snow with reduced visibilities.
