A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued which is in effect this evening from 6pm until 1am Monday, January 17th. At this time, it appears to be a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain later this evening and into the overnight before there a changeover to rain. The current data suggests a snowfall range of 1-3” with ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch possible. Roads are likely to become briefly slick before temperatures warm above freezing. Wind gusts 30-45 mph will be possible overnight tonight, with gusts dropping to 20-30 mph on Monday.
