Winter Storm Warning until 10:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches. Winds gusting between 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Power outages will be possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect reduced visibilities at times in heavy snow.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST RALEIGH ... SOUTHEAST FAYETTE ... SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
