* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on icy road conditions into the morning commute. Even though air temperatures have risen into the mid to upper 30s, ground temperatures will be slow to rise above freezing until after daybreak. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
