* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
