Republic Services is pleased to announce that an agreement for a new contract has been reached with the union representing our San Diego and Chula Vista employees, and the work stoppage has ended.

All of our routes will be in operation as of Tuesday, January 18. On your regular scheduled day, please put out the trash (black), recycling (blue) and yard waste (green) carts. 
We understand that there may be areas needing additional cleanup services. To support a timely and efficient pickup for those impacted areas, we will continue to prioritize trash recovery over the next few weeks with additional crews.
