INCIDENT: PC 459 Burglary
LOCATION: 700 Block of E. Broadway
SUSPECT(S): Dane Perry, 35-years-old of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On January 18, 2022, at approximately 10:30 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department responded to a call for service reference a burglary report in the 700 block of E. Broadway.
Deputies arrived on scene and attempted to contact a male later identified as Dane Perry. Perry fled the scene and led deputies on a brief foot pursuit. Perry was located by deputies and was taken into custody a short time later without further incident.
Perry was consequently arrested and booked at the Colorado River Station jail for PC 459- Burglary with a bail amount of $50,000. Perry remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department awaiting a court hearing.
