Child Enticement / Sexual Assault of Child 
On 01-18-2022 at 9:00 p.m. the Janesville Police Department received information from the New Britain, Connecticut, Police Department regarding a missing juvenile female that was possibly in the Janesville area visiting a 21-year-old male.
During the investigation officers learned that the male and juvenile female were at a local hotel in Janesville. Officers went to the local hotel and were able to contact both the adult male and juvenile female inside of a hotel room.
As a result of the investigation Jose Delgado Siaca was arrested for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Child Enticement. Jose is currently being held at the Rock County Jail on those charges awaiting his initial appearance.
The Janesville Police Department worked cooperatively with local community partners to reunite the juvenile female with her mother.
This investigation remains active and on-going.
