DRIVE-UP COVID-19 PCR TESTING, THIS SATURDAY, JANUARY 22 AT APPLEGARTH PARK & RIDE
 
Dr. Vincent Codella of Codella Family Practice will be conducting FREE DRIVE-UP COVID-19 PCR TESTING at the Applegarth Park & Ride (next to Monroe Town Center) this Saturday, January 22 from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Pre-registration/appointments are required from 8:00 am – Noon.  “Walk/Drive-ins” are welcome from Noon – 2:00 pm while supplies last.   
Please send appointment requests with name and telephone number via email to [email protected] or text to 732-567-4304 prior to Noon on Friday, January 21. 
Be sure to include your name and contact information to schedule an appointment and receive pre-registration/insurance paperwork.  Claims will be submitted to the insurance companies but there will be no out-of-pocket costs.  Anyone without insurance will also receive free testing.   

Upon arrival, park in a marked parking space toward the rear of the Park & Ride parking lot.
