Update: 100 Block East Lincoln Avenue to be closed overnight as well 
A wire lowered to move the Shamrock building that cannot be raised until the move is complete is blocking the 100 block of East Lincoln Avenue at this time. Because of this, that block has been closed to traffic in addition to the 200 block of East Lincoln Avenue.
Barricades have been placed at the New Jersey and Pacific Avenue ends of this block to prevent vehicular traffic from entering.
Pacific Avenue has reopened and both southbound and northbound lanes are clear.
Please use caution if traveling in the area.
