Police are currently on scene in a lot at Hillsdale Mall investigating an incident. There is currently no threat to the public. 
UPDATE (7:55PM): The victim is currently in stable condition. Officers continue to process the crime scene, but should be clear within the next two hours or so. The investigation continues.

We are currently investigating a shooting incident that was reported to us at 5:34pm. Officers encountered a victim in the parking lot upon arrival and are determining what occurred as we speak. We do know there is no threat to the public at this time and this incident did not occur inside the mall.
