single digit wind chills tonight across portions of the mid-south
clear skies and cold temperatures along with a 10 mph north wind will cause wind chills in the mid- south to be in the single digits on friday morning 
in addition, there will remain some slick spots on roads. as the temperatures on thursday didnt get above freezing
wind chills cause the body to cool faster than normal and wind chills in the single digits can cause frostbite if bare skin is exposed to long 
dress accordingly for the cold weather
