Reporting unsafe road conditions during an inclement weather event 
If you should need to report unsafe road conditions during an inclement weather event, please call the non-emergency number for the Byram Township Police Department at (973) 347-4008.
DPW is unable to attend to phone calls during road clearing operations and thus may not learn of your report until the next day.
Calling the Byram Police Department non-emergency number will allow the dispatcher to field your report and ensure that it gets relayed as timely as possible to our DPW.
