January 11^th

Robbery (Estes) – 115655 San Pablo Ave (Walgreen’s)
At 11:00AM an officer reports an unidentified suspect stole 25-30 tubes of toothpaste worth $400.  When the manager approached the suspect as he continued to “conceal” the merchandise in a clear plastic bag, he threatened to “beat her up” if she said anything.  The manager claimed to be fearful for her safety because the suspect comes into the store several times every day to steal.

The suspect was described as a black male adult in his 40’s, 5’5” to 5”6” tall, weighing approximately 200 lbs.  The man was wearing a red beanie, grey jacket and black pants.  He fled on foot toward the rear of the store.
January 12^th

Grand Theft – 5800 block of Lassen St
At 10:00AM an officer reports the catalytic converter was stolen from the victim’s 1999 Honda Accord by an unidentified suspect, sometime between 3:00AM and 3:30AM this morning.  A hat was located at the scene, possibly belonging to the suspect.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Behind 11965 San Pablo Ave
At 11:48AM an officer was flagged down regarding a gold 2002 Chevy Suburban (4VJE976) parked on the Ohlone Greenway behind the old burned out Taco Bell.  The vehicle was reported stolen to San Francisco PD on 1/8/2022.  The owner was not available to respond to collect the vehicle.

Identity Theft – 300 block of Ashbury Ave
At 9:45AM an officer reports the victim’s credit information was used by an unknown suspect without authorization over the past several months.

Identity Theft – 9989 San Pablo Ave (O’Reilly)
At 1:20PM an officer reports an unidentified suspect used a corporate credit account to purchase items from O’Reilly Auto Parts in November and December 2021, totaling $370.
