TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT EAST BLITHEDALE AND CAMINO ALTO IS NOT CYCLING. FLASHING RED ALL DIRECTIONS. EXPECT DELAYS. 
The signal light at East Blithedale and Camino Alto is not cycling. The signal is flashing red in all directions. Please treat as a four way stop sign. Repair crews are enroute but there is no time frame for repair at this time. Update will be provided.
