#LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating Missing Person Deonte LaShaun Kemp #Palmdale

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating missing person Deonte LaShaun Kemp. He is a 29 year-old male Black who was last seen on the 54th Street in Los Angeles, on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at approximately 4:00 p.m.      
Deonte is 5’9” tall, 200lbs with black hair, brown eyes, a goatee and a tattoo of a lion on his chest. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.     
His loved ones are concerned for him well-being and asking for your help.
