The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory in effect until noon on Wednesday.  Very cold wind chills are expected, some as low as 25 below zero.  The wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 30 minutes.   Limit outside exposure and wear appropriate clothing (hats, gloves, scarfs).  List of Warming Centers can be found on the department’s Facebook page.
