Vandalism Suspect 
On 01/22/2022, in between approx. 0530 and 0700 AM, the depicted subject smashed numerous windows and damaged vehicles in the business community along the San Pablo Avenue corridor, the EC Plaza and Fairmount Avenue. At the time of the incident, he was armed with a hammer. He also had a black duffle bag with him. The suspect caused thousands of dollars of damage to our community.
