LADRONES UTILIZAN COCHE PARA ESTRELLARSE CONTRA TIENDA DE JOYERÍA
El 26 de enero, a las 1:38 a.m., dos sospechosos de robo usaron un vehículo para estrellarse contra la tienda “Jewelry and Repair Center" ubicada en 343 W. Mission Avenue en Escondido. El vehículo utilizado fue un SUV Volkswagen blanco, y se cree que fue robado de Oceanside dos días antes. Un sospechoso usó un hacha para romper escaparates y robó joyas y dinero en efectivo. Ambos sospechosos son descritos como adultos varones hispanos. El primer sospechoso vestía una sudadera Nike gris y pantalones deportivos. El segundo sospechoso vestía una sudadera negra y jeans azules. Ambos sospechosos usaban máscaras para ocultar sus identidades.
El Departamento de Policía de Escondido solicita al público que vea el video del crimen y reporte cualquier información al Detective Mike Martinez al 760-839-4739. Esta investigación continua en marcha.

THIEVES USE CAR TO SMASH INTO JEWELRY STORE
On January 26, at 1:38 a.m., two burglary suspects used a vehicle to ram into the “Jewelry and Repair Center” located at 343 W. Mission Avenue in Escondido. The vehicle used was a white Volkswagen SUV, and is believed to be a stolen vehicle out of Oceanside from two days prior. One suspect used an axe to break into display cases and stole jewelry and cash. Both suspects are described as Hispanic male adults. The first suspect was wearing a gray Nike sweatshirt and sweatpants. The second suspect was wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans. Both suspects wore masks to conceal their identities.
The Escondido Police Department is requesting the public to view the video footage of the crime and report any information to Detective Mike Martinez at 760-839-4739. This investigation is ongoing.
