* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
