* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Mineral Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
