* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches with locally higher amounts across the higher elevations such as the Clinch Mountains. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero.

* WHERE...Washington VA County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 1 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
