All vehicles parked on Norwood borough streets must be removed during a snow storm/emergency. The Norwood Police will ticket and tow your vehicle should you leave it on the road. (We really don’t want to do that, so move your cars) Vehicles parked on the road hamper the efforts of our snow plows.
