Winter Storm Warning until 04:00PM

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches. Storm total snowfall of 5 to 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest and southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow, heavy at times, will continue through late morning before ending by early afternoon. Winds will remain strong, with blowing snow possible after the precipitation ends. Travel may remain hazardous well after the snow has ended.
