Blizzard Warning until 04:00PM

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches. Storm total snowfall in excess of a foot in many areas. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...The coastal counties of New Jersey and Sussex County in Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow, strong winds, and severely reduced visibilities will continue this morning. Snow will end this afternoon. However, winds will remain strong, creating considerable blowing and drifting snow through late afternoon.
